All merchandise generally ships within 5 to 10 business days.
We do not guarantee last minute or short notice shipments without a prior phone
confirmation! And an e-mail confirming your time constraints and if in fact we will be
able to meet them via e-mail and telephone. (An example of last minute.) You are getting
married and need a wedding dress as well as bridesmaids dresses. Your wedding date is
April and you call for your dresses mid March. Minimum Processing time may take 30 days.
Our Custom Dresses are Bridal, Evening, Prom, and Quinceanera catagories. You must call and give your measurements. We have a measurement Catagory to give you an idea of what we need to help meet your need for your special occasion.
There are no refunds or returns on custom made items. They are taylored to your specifications.
We have a size and color chart available. So we can meet your needs and be specific.
We suggest you call 6 weeks prior to your wedding if not please call to check
availability with a confirmation and best shipping method. If not we will not be held responsible for
a wedding or special occasion being hindered.
There is a 15% cancellation fee. Orders arriving late or delayed in shipping due to
weather, mechanical failure, or negligence on the part of the shipping company; you (the
customer) agree not hold us responsible for the order and acknowledge and understand
that no refunds will be issued.
If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete address, then we will accept no
responsibility for delivery and will no refunds be issued.

Persons paying by credit card or debit card not physically presented acknowledge and
understand that security measures will be employed to verify the authenticity ofthe card
number and type and any non-compliance with these measures for any reason will be the
sole responsibility ofthe cardholder.
Cardholder acknowledges and agrees that acceptance of the processor of the credit card or
debit card and notification to us of acceptance will be full and final promote validity of
the card being presented and agrees to indemnify us in the event of fraud or non-payment.
Cardholder understands and agrees that they have a fiduciary duty to keep the identity of
the card being presented as payment safe and secure and any dissemination or breach of
information relating to the integrity of the card or use by any person other than the
cardholder is the responsibility ofthe cardholder and agrees to indemnify us for any
losses incurred.
Cardholder agrees and understands that payments for membership fees, goods or services,
are required to be delivered to the billing address to which the credit card or debit card is
registered to. Our organization will accept no responsibility for delivery to any address
other than the registered address and no amounts will be refunded if an incorrect or
incomplete address is provided.
Cardholder agrees and understands that in the event any goods or services are delivered
late or non delivery for any reason by the shipping company, the shipping company will
be held responsible for any and all amounts paid for events and shipping costs.
Cardholder agrees not to hold us liable, and no refunds will be claimed for any amounts.

Cardholder agrees and understands that in the event of any charge back without prior
written notification to our company any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the
cardholder and cardholder acknowledges and agrees that our company is allowed to
charge their credit card for any and all fees incurred.
Cancellations for any other reason will have a 15% cancellation fee.
